GENERAL MANAGER

This is a full-time role for an proactive 'hands on' General Manager (GM) at Sky City Hotel Dhaka. The GM will be responsible for overseeing all hotel operations (hotel, restaurants, health club and spa), including revenue management, guest services, and team management. The Front Desk Manager will be responsible for managing daily operations of the front desk, ensuring excellent customer service, managing reservations and bookings, and overseeing the overall guest experience. EXECUTIVE CHEF / HEAD CHEF

The Executive Chef is responsible for all aspects of the kitchen operation such as menu plans, recipes, financial responsibility, portion and inventory control, food quality/ plating, and staff supervision including maintaining and developing SOP. The Executive Chef provides training and plays a hands-on role within the kitchen as well as during banqueting events. The Executive Chef is in charge of food preparation, drive menu design & creativity. He/she is responsible for growing and developing the product and profitability of all food services. The Executive Chef provides a consistent product and experience achieving revenue targets and managing costs as well as ensures all staff under supervision are focused and demonstrating a guest focussed attitude and culture. This role is ideal for experienced sous chefs who are driven, passionate, looking to step up to a challenge of taking ownership of running a business and making a name of themselves.

GUEST SERVICE ASSOCIATE / EXECUTIVES

We are looking for a customer service-oriented executive who will ensure a pleasant and satisfying stay for our hotel, conference & events guests. They will be involved right from the very start, responding to enquiries (mainly from abroad) whether in person, over the phone, via email or via partner booking sites and help answer any questions or concerns.



Once the guest arrives at the hotel they will be working closely with front desk staff to assist during the check-in process by firstly welcoming them and then explaining all facility amenities such as pool, gym, restaurant and general advise on where to go/visit in Dhaka. The Guest Relations Executive will play a pivotal role in creating a long lasting memory of the hotel and its brand with the view of increasing guest satisfaction level. The executive will also be handling complaints and any problems.

PURCHASING & INVENTORY EXECUTIVE

As Purchasing & Inventory In-Charge you will make sure the hotel maintains adequate supply of necessary stock / items / goods. You will help source and negotiate best wholesale prices from various suppliers. Help manage overall inventory and stock room (receiving & stocking items and updating inventory software) as well delivering items to each internal department. You will play an important role in cost control and forecasting demand.
