Do I need to show photo ID at check in?

Yes at check-in we are legally obliged to check your photo Id (passport or national id card) of all guests checking in.

Please note our staff will retain a copy of your ID and we will discard this after 28 days.
 
At least one member of your booking must be at least 18 years or older.

Please note we will refuse entry to any guest who is unable to provide a valid photo ID.

Can I amend / cancel my booking?

Standard Rate Fully Flexible rate bookings:
Book with confidence and cancel up-to a day before your arrival. We recommend customers book this rate to ensure maximum flexibility. 
Payment is 100% refundable if you cancel at least a day before your arrival.

Non-refundable and special rate bookings: 
We allow date changes free of charge, subject to availability.

If you wish to amend your booking please contact our front desk or get in touch with us through your travel agent who would be happy to assist

Can I invite guests to my room?

Our rooms are for paid guests that are named in the reservation.

Guests are welcome to invite guests to the hotel's lobby, cafe or restaurant areas.

Room guests can only be admitted with specific permission from our management team.  If you are staying with us and expect any guests please speak to our Front Desk staff before arrival. Please note we require photo ID of any room visitors which must be entered into our log.
