Can I invite guests to my room?
Our rooms are for the guests that are named in the reservation. If any guests have any visitors they can only be admitted with specific permission from our front desk staff. If you are staying with us and expect any guests please speak to our team before arrival.
Can I amend / cancel my booking due to COVID-19?

You can book multiple rooms using our online reservation system. however for ease of use you may also contact us via email or telephone if you wish to make a group booking.

If you wish to amend your booking please contact our front desk or get in touch with us through your travel agent.
Do I need to show photo ID at check in?
Yes at check-in we are legally obliged to check your photo Id (passport or national id card) of all guests checking in. Please note our staff will retain a copy of your ID and we will discard this after 28 days.
