Can I invite guests to my room?

Our rooms are for the guests that are named in the reservation. If any guests have any visitors they can only be admitted with specific permission from our front desk staff. If you are staying with us and expect any guests please speak to our team before arrival. Please note we will require photo ID of any visitors.

Can I amend / cancel my booking due to COVID-19?

Standard Rate Fully Flexible rate bookings: Book with confidence and cancel up-to 12 noon on day of arrival. We recommend customers book this rate to ensure maximum flexibility. Full payment will be taken at the time of booking. Payment is 100% refundable if you cancel by 12pm on the day of arrival. Guests with non-refundable bookings: We allow unlimted date changes free of charge, subject to availability.

How can I make group bookings?

How can I amend my booking?

If you wish to amend your booking please contact our front desk or get in touch with us through your travel agent.

Do I need to show photo ID at check in?

Yes at check-in we are legally obliged to check your photo Id (passport or national id card) of all guests checking in. Please note our staff will retain a copy of your ID and we will discard this after 28 days. At least one member of your booking must be at least 18 years or older. Please note we will refuse entry to any guest who is unable to provide a valid photo ID.
