Working in sales at Imperial Health Club isn’t about sell, sell, sell; it’s about talking to people, finding out how you can make a difference to their lives and being the greatest brand ambassador. We're looking for a Senior Sales Consultant to play a big part in our club's success. You’ll be working closely with the Sales Manager and other departments in Sky City Hotel, part of a highly energised team, who work hard and have fun.

Key Reposnsibilities

  • Generate sales lead and help grow health club members through building relationships both inside and outside the club by networking with friends, business and local organisations, promoting your Health Club and the Imperial Health Club brand

  • Consistently achieve the highest sales performance level to meet and exceed individual and team targets.

  • Ensure you have good product knowledge about the health club gym & pool and training provided by our gym instructors 

  • Support and work with marketing strategies, KPI’s and initiatives throughout the club; coordinating with all other departments (particularly fitness). 

  •  Deliver excellent customer service to our new and existing members at all times. Being an ambassador of the brand by selling with integrity.

Your commitment:  

  • This role is full time, working 48 hours per week. Flexibility is required to meet the needs of the business; specific shift patterns include stating on time at 8am and working upto 10pm when health clube closes


  • Previous sales experience and knowlege on health and fitness is favourable

  • You’re a team player, well organised and an excellent communicator, comfortable building good friendly & professional with visitors and creating a First Class impression

  • Exceptional communication & organisational skills and experience in a customer facing environment.

  • Happy - service with a smile and good body language and positive attitude

  • Proficiency in using a computer with the confidence to learn new systems & databases quickly.

  • Good data entry skills  


Salary & Other Benefits-  We will reward your hard work you’ll get: 

  • You will get a respectable base salary starting from BDT 10,000 (negotiable on experience)

  • Commision from each new member you help sign up (persoanl referal) - you can quite easily generate more than your base salary each month)
