CANCELLATION, NO-SHOW & REFUND POLICY
Cancellation Policy and No Shows
The cancellation policy varies according to the rate that is booked. Please refer to the individual full rate descriptions given at booking.
All rooms booked, paying standard flexible rate, through us directly can be cancelled or changed to a different date (subject to availability) providing written cancellation request notice 24 hours ahead of check-in. If you wish to cancel or change your date then please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org. Cancellation and non-arrival charges apply after this time and we reserve the right to charge your credit/debit card for at least one nights rate.
Unless specified, promotional rates, discounted rates, special deals or bookings where coupons / vouchers have been used are strictly non-refundable; in some cases management may allow date change subject to availability, but have no legal obligation to do so. Prepayment is charged to the credit/debit card supplied at the time of the Booking. Cancellation or non-arrival will result in the forfeiture of the prepayment.
We don’t entertain any refund unless explicitly mentioned on your booking that it is refundable. In case of any double transactions or extra charge occurred then it will be refund on the basis of proof of documents. The refund can take up to need 7-10 days to be processed by our bank or payments service provider and return to customer end. Any money will be returned via the mode through which the payment was made.
